Ceremonial Presentations of Nobel Prizes

During Nobel Week 2021, ceremonial presentations of Nobel Prize medals and diplomas to 2021 laureates who are based
in the United States took place at the National Academy of Sciences.

On December 8 in Irvine, CA, diplomas and medals were presented to physiology or medicine laureates David Julius and Ardem Patapoutian and to economic sciences laureates David Card and Guido W. Imbens by Ambassador Olofsdotter.

On December 6 in Washington, DC, diplomas and medals were presented to physics laureate Syukuro Manabe, chemistry laureate David W.C. MacMillan, and economic sciences laureate Joshua D. Angrist by Karin Olofsdotter, ambassador of Sweden to the United States.
