Hackerman House
The main house is a large Cape Cod home and consists of three floors with meeting rooms, offices, and public and food service areas. The first floor contains the lobby, one large parlor/living room, dining room service area, dining porch, sun porch, food service area and the kitchen. The second floor is comprised of two large meeting rooms, four smaller offices or meeting rooms, and administrative offices. The third floor consists of two smaller conference rooms and five office size rooms.

Carriage House
Located one hundred yards east of the main house, the Carriage House contains a large conference room with supporting pre-function spaces, restrooms and facility maintenance areas. Access for the physically challenged is provided to the conference room and supporting areas of the carriage house and to the first floor only of the main house. There is no elevator to the second and third floors of the main house.
