Awards
How to Nominate
Nominations will be accepted until Sept 15, 2010. Nominators should submit the following:
-
a letter (three pages or fewer) describing the candidate's work and indicating why the candidate should be selected for the award. -
the candidate's curriculum vitae, including country of citizenship and date of birth. -
a selected bibliography of the candidate's most significant publications (maximum of 12 publications). -
a maximum of three supporting letters.

Electronic copies sent by e-mail are preferred.
The National Academy of Sciences does not accept self-nominations. Joint nominations are discouraged; they are considered only when nominees have collaborated closely—usually in the same laboratory—on the work to be recognized by the award.
