About Distinctive Voices About Distinctive Voices

Distinctive Voices at the Beckman Center

Guest Conveniences

We hope that the following information will help make your experience at Distinctive Voices events more enjoyable.

Admission to Events
In order to provide this free public programming in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, we are unable to accept email or phone registrations.  Please join our email list to receive an invitation to register online.  Registration will open one week prior to each event.

Cancellation Policy
Because these events are free and open to the public, and in order to keep our administrative costs low, patrons are expected to cancel their reservations by email (not phone) no later than 48 hours prior to the event.

Parking
Parking is available at no charge in The Beckman Center's parking lot. Supplemental street parking is available on Academy Way. Handicapped and van-accessible spaces are available.

Assistive Listening Devices
There are a limited number of devices available at no cost that can be requested as part of the online reservation system. For best results, we recommend arriving early and sitting in the center section of the auditorium.

Special Seating
Accessible locations for guests with mobility impairments are available at the rear of the center section. Ticketing for this seating is available when you make your reservations.  It is recommended that patrons using wheelchairs who need assistance be accompanied by a companion.

Also Available
Accessible restrooms are located on the first floor of The Beckman Center just past the Auditorium in both directions.

If at any time while you're visiting The Beckman Center you would like assistance, please ask any staff member.
