Research Statement
The diversity of my academic background has steered me towards interdisciplinary research in optics, particularly in the areas of nano- and biophotonics. I am interested in developing novel instrumentation technologies for the characterization and manipulation of single molecular systems at the nanoscale and in biology. Currently, as an NSF Minority Postdoc Fellow at the University of Chicago, I am working on super resolution optical microscopy and arbitrary optical polarization control.
