Research Interests

I am primarily interested in analytic number theory and automorphic forms. The main areas of analytic number theory in my works concern exponential and character sums, distribution of prime numbers, sieve methods. The theory of automorphic forms offers powerful tools for solving problems in analytic number theory. In particular my results deal with estimates for the Fourier coefficients of cusp forms. Applications of automorphic L-functions (subconvexity bounds) to questions of equidistribution of various arithmetical sequences occupy much of my recent research work.
