Research Interests
Much of my research has been devoted to mechanism design theory, the study of when and how it is possible to devise institutions (mechanisms) for attaining particular social and economic goals. I have also worked on such topics as the economics of intellectual property, income inequality, political economy, and the theory of dynamic games.
