Research Interests

My research interests are in the areas of stochastic analysis, statistical signal processing and information theory, and their applications in wireless networking and related fields. Specific current and recent research foci include spectrum sensing for cognitive radio networks, physical layer security in wireless networks, privacy-utility tradeoffs for data sources, the information theory of relay and interference channels, smart grid communications, and the analysis of social networks.
