Research Interests

My research interests include the dynamics of biological populations, communities and ecosystems; causes and consequences of biological diversity and conservation biology; and "theoretical immunology," exploring the interactions between populations of viruses and populations of immune system cells and other such systems, with a view to better understanding of population level aspects of such systems.
