Research Interests

My research interests center on molecular biology, the structure and function of proteins and nucleic acids, protein structure determination by NMR in solution, and practical applications for protein design and the biotechnology of proteins. Much of our recent work has been focused on the structural biology of prion proteins and the pathology of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies.
