Alyssa Rhoden specializes in the icy worlds of the outer solar system, including ocean-bearing moons such as Europa and Enceladus, dwarf planet Pluto and its moon Charon, and primitive asteroids. Using a combination of geologic mapping and numerical modeling, Dr. Rhoden investigates the interior structure, orbital evolution, geologic history, and habitability of these fascinating bodies
