Research Statement
H. Jin Kim received the B.S. degree in 1995 from Korean Advanced Institute of Technology, Korea, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, USA, in 1999 and 2001, respectively, all in mechanical engineering. From 2002 and 2004, she was a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer in Electronics Research Laboratory and Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at University of California, Berkeley. In 2004, she joined School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Seoul National University, Korea as an Assistant Professor, where she is currently a Professor. Her research interests are flying robots, multi-robot coordination, and wireless sensor networks.
