We are pleased to provide details for the Academy’s 162nd Annual Meeting, which will include both in-person and virtual components.

Section meetings will take place online from Monday, April 14 to Friday, April 18. The in-person program will take place from Friday, April 25 to Sunday, April 27 at our historic headquarters at 2101 Constitution Avenue NW in Washington, DC. After the in-person program concludes, the annual meeting will reconvene online on Tuesday, April 29.

Although pre-registration is no longer available, members may register onsite beginning on April 25. The links on the right provide details regarding the schedule and hotel information. Special hotel rates are available for members and their guests at the Fairmont Washington Hotel and the Westin Georgetown, which are located at the intersection of 24th and M Streets, NW in Washington, DC and offer many guest amenities. Due to the high demand for hotel accommodations in April, we strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible.
