Annual Meeting Registration

Registration Fees

Registration fees apply only to the in-person component of the annual meeting. There is no charge to attend only the online sessions (Section meeting, Class meeting, and Business Session), but please register for them to help in our planning.

The registration fees cover all sessions and events except the President's Dinner and the Breaking Barriers session, for which separate fees apply. Members and guests must be registered for the in-person meeting to attend the President’s Dinner.

Pre-registrations were accepted through April 16. Moving forward, members will need to register onsite when the annual meeting begins on April 25 and onsite registration fees will apply. 

 

Member Registration

$350 per member (pre-registration) | $400 per member (onsite registration)

New members only attending the Friday sessions will not charged a registration fee. However, at this complimentary rate, only one guest per new member will be invited to the pre-ceremony reception. Additional guests can be registered for the presentation ceremony and the the post-ceremony reception.

Guest Registration

$250 per guest (pre-registration) | $275 (onsite registration)

Guest Registration (age 12 or younger)

No charge (however, additional fees will apply if registering for the President's Dinner or the Breaking Barriers session); guests must be registered by contacting annual@nas.edu.

Garden Party Registration

$125 per guest to attend Awards Ceremony and Garden Party

President's Dinner

$250 per person (requires members and guests to be registered to the attend the full meeting)

Breaking Barriers Session

$50 per person (requires members and guests to be registered to the attend the full meeting)

Annual Meeting Registration Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Members can change or cancel their registration online. To do so, please reference the email confirmation that was sent after registering. Details on how to modify and cancel a registration are noted in the email confirmation page. For assistance or questions on modifying or cancelling your registration, please call 202.334.2444 or send an email message to annual@nas.edu. To receive a refund, the NAS must receive your cancellation by April 16, 2025.
