Andre Geim

Andre Geim remains focused on research, and Thomson-Reuters repeatedly named him among the world's most active scientists. His current interests include graphene-like materials and, especially, artificial heterostructures made from these two dimensional atomic crystals. More generally, his area of expertise is in quantum condensed matter physics with occasional detours to a variety of interdisciplinary subjects.
