Research Interests

My research is on scientific computing with application to fluid dynamics, particularly on automatic methods for computing complex flows. This involves difference methods for partial differential equations, their implementation on high-performance computers, adaptive methods, and mesh generation for complex geometry. The work draws heavily on areas of computer science, numerical analysis, and applied mathematics.
