Research Interests
My research is involved with the biochemistry and biophysics of biological macromolecules, determination of molecular structure of proteins and nucleic acids using x-ray crystallography, relation of molecular structure to biological function, enzyme mechanisms, interaction of proteins with nucleic acids, and the use of molecular genetics and x-ray crystallography to relate molecular structure to function.
