Research Interests

We are studying molecular and biochemical mechanisms involved in cell division. We are expoloring new phosphoproteins that may be necessary for progression through the mitotic cycle. Most recently we have begun a study of the role that ubiquitination plays in mitotic regulation. Our long-term goal is to identify critical regulatory pathways that may serve as targets for agents that control abnormal cell proliferation.
